It's been a while. I'm not busy, it's just that I don't have the gut to update. Hehee. Well, there's nothing much to update as well. This semester I will need to give full focus on my Final Year Project. Yeahhh! And not to forget, the only one class I enrolled on. Malaysian Studies. Also a favorite! I just love history. It has the charm in making people to be intrigued and hypnotized whatsoever. May be, it works for me je kot. Haha.
Hey, I'm here to talk about health actually. Have you consistently check your blood pressure? Or did you watch over your daily diet, your food consumption? Well, you have to monitor all this basic stuffs because it has big impact on your health. Last few months, I went to pharmacy with dad to buy some medicines. As for that, the pharmacist suddenly tanya la nak check blood pressure tak. So, we both agreed and just go on with the flow. Gitu. Dah macam majlis ape je, ade flow flow bagai ni.
Sekali kau, blood pressure aku tinggi kau. Lebih dari normal. Dah masuk kategori high blood pressure. And for abah, his bp is at normal. Aigo, ni dah pelik. Abah punye bp pun normal. Aku pulak yang tak normal. Drama ape yang berlaku ni? I just can't help with the situation. Boleh? Balik rumah bagitau mak, she's a bit worried tapi lama-lama dia pun dah lupa pasal ni. Aku pun macam tak kisah la kan. Lagipun, baru first bacaan. It could varied. May be nanti turun balik ke kan. Such a positive thinker kan aku ni. Ce wahh.
Sekali kau, masa malam raya baru-baru ni pergi check lagi sekali. Tinggi jugak! Time tu rasa macam kat penghujung dunia sangat. Keep thinking in head, "Aku ni sakit ke" "Dah nak mati ke" My two brothers pun check sekali time tu and they both normal. So balik tu, I told my parents and they started to worry much. Not enough with that I went to check lagi lepas tu at different pharmacy. Sekali kau, mencanak naik sampai 160/85. Normal is 120/80.
Mak pun dok asyik risau and cakap I do look like a sick person because I always have this bad eyes infection and resdung yang teruk.

Mak pun decide to buy personal blood pressure monitor to check my daily bp. And the pharmacist recommend a bottle of capsules to control the bp. So, sepanjang cuti tu check la bp hari2 and monitor how it goes. Mak bagi minum air ubat cara islam that she bought. I keep drinking the water as for daily supplement. Masa ni tak try lagi ubat pharmacy bagi sebab macam mak cakap, everything comes from Allah and penawar dia pun datang dari Allah. Kena yakin dan bertawakal dengan cara islam.
My mum is a nurse and so she knows a lot about healthy food consumption. Kena banyakkan makan buah, sayur, minum air kosong and less carbonated drink, makanan segera all. To my surprise, lama-lama bila check my bp. It's reduced much and is at normal. Alhamdulillah. Tapi kadang-kadang boleh naik jugak sampai 130++. Tapi tak de la teruk macam mula-mula dulu. I started to watch my daily food consumption. Nasi lemak tak boleh makan selalu, daging kena kurang and paling penting rehat kena cukup. Kena tidur awal, before 12 malam ye kawan-kawan.
Make sure you guys start to monitor your bp. High bp could lead to stroke, heart failure, kencing manis and macam-macam lagi penyakit. Masa kat pharmacy tu jugak, I did go for sugar test to know berape kandungan gula dalam badan. Alhamdulillah ok. It is at 5 out 0f 8. So tak de risiko kencing manis. I'm glad I have parents yang ambil berat pasal my healthy. Reason for loving my parents even more.

My personal record of bp. This time, my bp is getting ok. It reduced much day by day.
So my advice to you people, jagalah kesihatan. Jangan makan membabi buta je. Kawal ok, jangan makan banyak sangat makanan segera and selalu exercise ok. Tidur pun kena cukup. Buat kerja tak boleh stress2. Have a good lifestyle people. I also need to watch my bp consistently, it can go higher without any proper scrutinization and control. Ok people, maju lah sukan untuk negara. (Tiba-tiba). See ya in next post. Kalau ade la kan. Hahaa.

ommyy.. by da wey, U also need to monitor ur cholesterol in ur blood... try to take some oat and fish oil ya..
